Very not proffesional bell boy , dont know how to address customer. Was there on the night of 4 to 5 with my partner. At 7.25 am on the 5th morning my partner cousin arrived. She had a booking for the 5 to 6th .. she was told to come at 2 pm for checking. We try ask she can just come for a shower in our room and we leave the hotel right away for our daily activity. They denied us whom we respect that. At 3 pm the cousin checked in, no issue At around 1.am on the 6 morning, while we were taking the lift to go in our room, that black colored bellboy come shouting at my partner cousin, **** GO OUT, GO OUT , YOU NOT INCUSTOMER , GO OUT.. +**** Infront of the few guest who were aby the lobby, my partner tell him, We have our reservation as well as our key for our room. That BELL BOY keeps humiliating the cousins. He Stop the lift from going up. Calling the guy from the reception to come intervine. We felt embarrassed and i start raising my voice as well, although i give them both the room keys for 2 different room, they were not interested to have it check Insisting that we leave the lift. Arguing that the cousins was trespassing. Around 3 minutes being hrld by the RUDE bellboy and the reception guy. The receptionist agree to go check. Upon noticing that the cousins has indeed a legit reservation. NO APOLOGY WAS RENDERED TO IS for the HUMILIATION. These staff are not welcoming AT ALL. Atleast those working on the night From 5th to 6th October 2026

Very very rude reception staff, didn't even greet, the place is falling apart. Cleanliness is a major issue, rooms not getting cleaned after guest check out, overall 1 out of 10.
