    Overall, the staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. However, my concerns are not about the staff, but rather about the hotel management and how quality and guest requests are handled. I requested connected rooms almost 10 days before arrival. Throughout that time, I was repeatedly told that the request was “subject to availability.” However, the hotel did not appear to be fully occupied, which made it disappointing that such an early request could not be properly accommodated or managed. Another concern was the poolside cleaning. The cleaning was carried out in an unprofessional and disruptive way during the morning, which is one of the best times for guests to sit by the pool and enjoy a coffee. Cleaning activities should be planned and managed in a way that does not negatively affect the guest experience. Most concerning was the bed in the room, which had a very unpleasant smell, as if it had not been fully dried before being prepared for the next guest. This is a basic quality and hygiene issue that should have been identified during room inspection. Again, the staff themselves were very nice. The main issue is with management, quality control, and how guest requests and overall standards are handled. With better attention to these areas, the hotel experience could be significantly improved.

    It’s everything you’d expect from the Marriott. Clean, comfortable, quiet and pleasant. Breakfast spread was really good too. It’s not as well located as some of the other high-end hotels but a three minute taxi ride (which are always available outside the hotel) and you’ll be at the attractions in the area.

    It was an excellent stay. Everything was perfect. The rooms were super clean and modern. The service was also excellent.
