    Lovely location, conveniently close to restaurants, supermarkets, and tube stations. Breakfast was good and constantly refilled, although the selection was somewhat limited. The rooms on the -1 floor were rather stuffy and dark, and one of them had an unpleasant smell. However, we were moved to rooms on the ground floor the next day, and they were really nice. A special thank you to Priya for her help and excellent service!

    I’ve been staying at this hotel since 2020 because it consistently offers excellent value for money and a good standard of accommodation. The rooms are well equipped, and on this visit my twin room had air conditioning, which was much appreciated during the very warm weather in London this week. The location is another big advantage, with both Queensway and Bayswater Underground stations just a short walk away. Moscow Road is around the corner, offering a great choice of pubs for food and drinks, while the open-top sightseeing buses also depart from nearby Bayswater Road, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

    Bathroom is too cramped. Had to request cleaning whenever I wanted. I stayed there 5 nights and only requested it twice. However, the second time I requested it, I did so in the morning before I left for 4 hours. Incidentally, the housekeeping staff was cleaning the room across the hall from me when I left in the morning. When I returned after being out for 4 hours, nothing had been done to my room. I called the reception to complain, but no one would answer the phone. I then went down to inform the receptionist. She said she would have them take care of it immediately. I waited in the lobby for 25 minutes; went up to my room; and again nothing had been done. I had to go back down to the receptionist again to complain. I waited another 20-25 minutes and finally the room was cleaned. I honestly don’t think the reception desk takes their customers very seriously.
