A good location in camps bay with nice views of the sea. Breakfast was excellent. Most of the property is a bit tired though. The bedsheets were heavily stained and the outdoor furniture was ripped and pretty gross. There’s also no easy parking on the property which was a bit of a nightmare. Aircon was only in the main room and the bathroom had an open archway to the room which was covered only by a blind. It would need an update throughout for us to stay again.

The Sea Castle is located at the end of the beach at Camps Bay. It is convenient for the many bars, restaurants, etc. It is just on the beach too. The location is also very quiet at night. In my room all I heard was the ocean. Very peaceful. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Everyone was welcoming. Check in and out was efficient. The hotel is a B&B, so only breakfast offered. This was good with a choice of cooked and buffet. There is a bar / breakfast room and a small terrace with pool. This has ocean views and is lovely. My room was 4 and this was convenient and quiet. It is a spacious room, light and well decorated. The AC is quiet and effective. I had a balcony with a table and ocean view. The bed was comfy, the linen clean, and I slept very well. There is a safe in the room and a kettle. The en suite shower room was spacious and well presented. There is a mini bar in the room with a choice of beverages. I enjoyed my stay at this guest house and I will stay here again. Recommended.

Great place to stay. Two areas for improvement: breakfast order should not take more than 2 0 minutes. One morning we waited 45. Also, under our bed it smelled a bit like mold. Somme we couldn’t lift the cover, we couldn’t see anything. But overall great place to say with fantastic views.

You can easily walk to the main restaurant district in Camp's Bay. By easy, I mean one block. The only problem is actually finding the hotel and parking. We stayed at Primi for two weeks. Andrew and the staff were nothing short of incredible. The rooms had amazing views and were cleaned throughly daily. The breakfast is extremely convenient, starting at 7am. Cape Town tends to start the day earlier than the states so it was nice to have a bite before walking just feet away to the beach. They staff understands comfort and convenience well. They were happy to schedule us private drivers (with car seats) to and from the airport, vineyards, penguins, etc. The bed is a true king and slept extremely comfortably. There is a sauna and ice plunge to enjoy in the courtyard as well as a couple paddle boards should you choose to use them. A couple minute walk away is the main strip of restaurants or you can take a quick 5 minute Uber to our favorite place, The Lawns. We enjoyed days at Camps beach with our two year old and also went just up the hill to Clifton 4. Both were amazing. Lastly, you cannot beat the sunsets out of the rooms at Seacastle. Every night was something special. We will absolutely return.

The building itself is dated with very simple communal areas and security. The room itself is fine, with the view being they key selling point.

Doors locked when we arrived. No one answered phone. Had to bang on a slider door and wake up a guest to help us after 10 minutes. Room sweltering and a/c broken. Breakfast not good.
