Hotel very nice, good location, mostly friendly staff, breakfast good, buffet lunch very poor, buffet dinner poor, food not of good quality, meats either overcooked, left too long or tough plus poor choice, chicken and pasta every lunch and dinner time. Run out of Breakfast Tea last two days. Italian restaurant was good, did not try Botanical restaurant as
Menu was not appealing. Do not consider a five star hotel

The property was disappointed, it was not what I expected. The food was not as great, choices were limited, there was more pork than I wanted. The mattress was thin and old, I did not get any good sleep.
On good note the property was clean and the staff was great.
