The room was not luxurious, but it was clean. For the price I paid I am very happy with it.

I was a little skeptical at first glance as the property seems to be under renovation. Check-in was very simple. Gentleman at Check-in was kind and informative and let me and my dog check in a little earlier. I did look into the property before booking, so i was not expecting a fancy stay, but a simple one night stay after hiking.
The room definitely felt like a camping experience, but an upgraded one. Small room with one bed. Clean and no bugs. Water pressure and temperature were perfect. Did not need a microwave, as i already prepared cold foods i kept in the mini fridge. The heater/AC worked as needed. The only thing i suggest is maybe a thicker comforter/pillows and a better lock on the door. I did not feel unsafe, but a deadbolt might be something people find comforting.
Other than that, it was peaceful and quiet and we slpet through the night.

Room was clean ... Owner was nicest man ever ...updated room.. it may not be a 5.stsr.hotel...but I'd rather spend my money here . The view to wake up out in the woods was amazing
