    The location is good and convenient to go around. The facilities is okay if you need only a place to sleep.

    Lovely place. I would stay there again. Close to everything. Most everything is no further than a 25 minute walk away. Staff was always helpful with a 24 hours manned front desk. Rooms were clean and the spiral staircase was elegant. The elevator was as charming as the whole building.

    If you're really tight on money, and want to stay centrally in Athens, this is an okay location. The property is quite old, and that shows. Staff are generally helpful, but not overly. My main issue was that I found a single BED BUG in my room at 1am. They were able to give me a different room in the morning, but that was a stressful night, hoping to not be bit by ones I didn't find, and checking all my clothes, packing everything in my bag, and worrying. Also, they didn't seem surprised when I told them about the bed bug, which makes sense given the two other past reviews I found later on from other customers. After this incident, some of the issues with cleanliness in this hotel were more easily noticeable to me, including in their breakfast room. I did not find any other bed bugs, the new room seemed cleaner, and luckily I didn't get bit.
