We booked last minute and were surprised to have the resort to ourselves overnight after the gates closed. When it's open there are LOTS of people coming through. The staff are nice and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The place is more of a day trip theme park and has lots of family activities. The food was good but the staff didn't deliver one of our meals then closed the kitchen! The pool didn't look amazing and we didn't get in but otherwise it was a nice stay.

Day 1 with 4 kids Dinner in Resturant. The prices aren’t good but not terrible until you see the portion size. You’ll have to buy 3 meals. So it becomes very expensive by the end. Water line blew off under the one bungalow so no water in both bungalows Had to switch rooms at 10 at night which ruined our first night Water kettle doesn’t work in our new room. Comfortable bed though. AC doesn’t work in one bungalow Day 2 I asked if I could buy 2 extra eggs for breakfast and they said no just pick from the menu and that’s it. Not what they said but how they said it. Rudest staff in my 3 months in Vietnam. The stream and rocks hike is nice. Small trickle waterfall but a rope for a small swing so cool. We were asked to switch back to our original room so came back and did that. Went onto kayaks and paddle boards. My 11 year old boy got in trouble because I guess you’re not allowed in the water. Only to paddle on it. I didn’t understand that. Also they wouldn’t let my 8 year old on a paddle board alone. She’s a great swimming and had a life vest on so didn’t understand that. Again the staff not great about it. Didn’t want the restaurant so taxi into Ninh Hoa the people were really nice at the 3 places we went. Got back and the water line had blown off again so no water in both rooms again. Had it fixed in a couple hours this time without moving. A glued on piece of wood fell off under the sink and fell on my son’s foot. Had some fun herding 3 geckos out of our room late at night as they like to make noise. Also the toilet hose on the inside broke off and sprayed all over Day 3 Went to ask the restaurant staff for some bahn mi bread which is on the menu. The bartender just said “no. No bread”. And went back to his phone. I say “no bread”. He says “no” again without looking at me. 3 staff there. None helping. Just no. We text the check in receptionist. Turns out there is bread and we go pick it up. Later that night we were offered free zip line tickets to make up for the room trouble, but it was offered too late to go. And we won’t have time in the morning since we’re checking out. Out of three breakfast here. The eggs had lots of shells in them both mornings and my daughter had a large grub in her noodles the last morning. Water line is leaking again. The place is really nice. The staff, food and how it’s run completely ruins it. Do not stay here.
