Super clean and helpful. Not a traditional hotel - as most are not in Rome - but it was lovely and a perfect location

We stayed at this property for 4 nights last week. Pre-arrival we were contacted regarding the self check in procedure which was very clear and we had no problems following it.
The room was clean and comfortable. We were very impressed by the toiletries which had a lovely smell. Coffee and a selection of teas were provided and a jug to heat up the water although we didn’t use it. Also there was a fridge in the room but we did have to unplug it due to the noise it made.
Location was great, within walking distance from Termini and lots of lovely restaurants and bars nearby.
We would definitely recommend staying here and would have no hesitation returning.

Really nice stay at this hotel. The owner/manager was really helpful answering any questions quickly and effectively. The air conditioning was a little bit ineffective, but this may have been due to extreme temperatures experienced.
Location was good, close to main attractions but also quiet enough to get a good nights sleep.
