Staff and room service was always helpful and did a great job in cleaning the room. Had a great view to the pool and ocean. Would definitely recommend El Cid and consider going back.

Excellent Stay and Incredible Value!
I had a wonderful experience at Le Cid Castilla. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
The food was excellent—definitely a highlight of the trip. While the buffet is good, ordering a la carte at all the restaurants is definitely the way to go for the best experience. Our room was good overall; the only minor issue was that the air conditioning wasn't very strong in our specific room. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but it could have been better.
I highly recommend upgrading to the Elite Club. Access to the Millionaire Club for premium drinks is totally worth the extra fee and truly elevates the stay. If you are looking for the best deal, I suggest looking for promotions during the off-season to get a fantastic price.
