    Great people at front desk reception also super friendly and helpful. Very good and competitive prices. Was able to extend by room day by day as I was unsure of my stay.. Help me by giving me lot of privacy which was very good for my mental health as I need the time to escape and re group. Other residents here are also super friendly and kind as I was able say hello without feeling that i am intruding into thier space and time. Thank you Team for being so warm, welcoming friendly and understanding 😊 ❤️

    For the money paid, you get what you paid for, however I have stayed in far better places for similar price. Dodgy area, suspect people around, room had the very bare minimum facilities, very old and dated. At least the bathroom was renovated. I would not stay here again, do yourself a favour, pay a bit more and stay somewhere else. For families, don’t stay in Dandenong. If you’re single female, definitely STAY AWAY - it would be unsafe.

    Everything as stipulated. The room was quite large and staff upgraded our room. The overall complex was a little strange with some people appearing to live there for long terms and so you had to squeeze past their belongings strewn outside their front door, although (perhaps the staff) had promptly cleaned that up. The staff required a large cash deposit. Overall, was a fine stay if on the way to Ballarat, though felt a little unsafe. The staff appeared to be trying. Heaps of car parking. The room itself was clean and spacious. The large bed was two singles made together. If on a budget I'd stay again. The price was very cheap. Very Motor Inn feel.

    When I check in saw a couple of drugs addicted. When confronted the counter staff, he ensure me everything will be fine. I’m fine alone. But with family, I still abit worry. So the whole night nv slp properly and leave early morning. The thing tat I do I also ask AI how is the area and hotel. The answer he give even more worst. So I would not recommend for family with young kids. But the counter staff is good. That why we nv left and give up our room. They also ensure that if anything happen they will help to contact the police.
