    There was a pair of socks not ours left in the room. That’s was odd. Just like other reviews left staffs tone wasn’t appreciated, called for the wifi password. Yes it was written on the key card. However unclear on numbers. After a few tries I called front desk and asked what it was. It was ment with an attitude, it’s written on the key card- yes buddy but I can’t read it!! Two towels. 3 people. We didn’t need them but if we had.

    Staff dosent know the meaning of hospitality … If by mistake uh forgot something inside the room while checking out You are not going to get it back… they will keep it and say there was nothing in the room… A big Nooo

    cheap yes. But does not meet basic sanitary requirements. The room SMELLS. Even with windows open doesn’t help. The bedsheets were put on inside out. Is it clean? towel rack at 45 degrees so they couldn’t give you more than 2 towels because it would slide off. Everything is falling apart. Patched up walls. The floor lamp don’t work. asked for an ice bucket. They gave me a water damaged peeling one with a USED plastic bag to hold ice. What kind of hotel charges for pool and gym use? Also the pool is saltwater pool because it’s cheaper to maintain than a chlorine pool. Stayed for 4 days, everyday had to visit the front desk everyday because the elevator access would stop working. The parking lot is run down need markings and just shady people hanging around outside in the parking lot. All the repairs are just cosmetic repairs. The elevator railing inside broke and they just used glue. Will not support weight. their credit card reader also has problems. There is no option for no room cleaning. Random cleanings. There was a dead mosquito on the bathroom counter. It was there everyday. Housekeeping doesn’t wipe down the counter. Zero investment has been made to upkeep this hotel. It’s just trying to milk it as much as the building can withstand with disrepair. Theres a reason why it’s cheap.
