    Staff as nice they could not help with reservation issue with Agoda that I have not. Resolved.. Breakfeast was pretty poor compared to other budget and less expensive hotels. Pool advertised was not open. Free parking this time of year was a bonus.

    Stinky elevator, broken entry door and missing towels in the room. Going through renovations and boxes everywhere in the lobby. Will never go back

    First thing first, the hotel did not provide me the room I booked. I booked a sea view room(which most travelled will do when visiting beach front), the sea view turn in to my room on ground level room from where I could only sea the pool with dirty water. And construction debris all around. The front desk repeatedly mentioning that as I booked via third party (Here Agoda) I have to talk to Agoda if I have any issue. How funny is that. They charged resort fee of $-5 and parking fee $-10/day which I do not recall to see while booking. Agoda needs to provide correct info on their site about the property. Last but not the least the hotel is now undergoing major renovation which was not mentioned on site. If I knew, I am sure I would not have booked this hotel at the first hand. The breakfast was terrible. Do not like to elaborate. The room interior was good.
