    We were in Truckee for a friend’s Summer BBQ. The lodge is at the east end of Donner Lake and the west end of Truckee. A convenient location. I would recommend the Truckee Donner Lodge .

    Loved my stay here! Definitely make the 5-minute walk to Coffeebar! The room was great, my window faced the woods, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly, and the hotel provides free breakfast.
