Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, feeling safe... these are 5 stars. Yes, its convenient location is unbeatable. It works well for me travelling in fall. Even in a hot day, I didn't need the AC for long. For sure, I didn't need it at night. The AC functions, but it's loud. In short, I will choose it again.

2nd time in hongkong, and ill definitely recommend this one..really great for its price.. The shower heater is workingso properly including the room heater Mr.Yiu is very accomodating as well.. Clean room, new towels everyday.. Plus not that crowded elevator.. Super worth it!!
