The hotel was lovely however there is a real issue with sanitation and waste. The bathrooms and elevators and floors where the rooms are had a terrible odor. But the location of the hotel excellent! This is definitely not a 5 star. 3-4. Food was good but the selection was the same every day! There is no coffee after hours and no coffee machines in the roams. They really should have a coffee station in the main lobby at the very least. The staff were pleasant very helpful. Security was great and we felt safe! If you’re visiting Rio for the first time this is a great place to stay!

My time at the hotel was very pleasant. Also, the exceptional customer service from Caio was unmatched. He went above and beyond especially when it came to reuniting me with my luggage after the airline lost it. I honestly can’t complain anything really.

The building was unique, a tall cylinder. Spacious, right by the ocean, righr by mountains, superior dining areas, a beautiful outdoor pool, and an amazing spa.

The hotel is nice. This was my 7th stay. But they need to pay better attention to the public spaces condition. Ceilings have water marks, dusty. Some furniture have scuff marks. My room had stains on the walls.

Every single thing about my stay was exceptional. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, we felt cared for and welcome. Victor and Luiz and a couple others were willing to do just about anything to make our stay memorable. I would recommend this hotel 1000 times!

Hotel is located in a mostly residential area therefore the surroundings are not as lively as other areas like Ipanema and Copacaba. For us it was ideal since we were travelling with kids. We always felt very safe, even when walking outside at night. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Everything was helpful. They have a top rated bar tender, I forgot his name now, but he makes some amazing drinks. The rooms were clean, our suite was huge, and the views from the room were amazing. Breakfast was tasty a a huge selection. I wold definetely stay again if back in Rio.

This property was amazing. The amenities exceeded my expectations. You have options for food, property close enough to major areas such as sugar loaf mountain, Christ the Redeemer, selaron steps etc. The room is big and spacious, even though I didn’t have ocean view the views of the mountains were beautiful. The staff were friendly and everyone knew a little English which made it easier. I only have good things to say about this hotel. Oh and the price didn’t break the bank. I will definitely go back.

Absolutely loved this property. My only issue was getting stuck on a floor, unable to work elevator unless on lobby floor, spa and gym floor, floor to your room and the restaurant. So if you get out on the wrong floor then that’ll be a worry. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL view from my room specifically. Very spacious but lighting is pretty bad. Helpful staff, dinner was amazing, pool was beautiful and a 2 minute walking distance from the beach near Tijuca National Park

LOVED it here! Staff are so patient and friendly rooms are very clean. We were also able to check in as soon as we got there 10am and were able to get late check for 2pm with no additional cost! WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!

We were not able to use WiFi or TV in room for the entire stay. Front desk advised someone would come up to troubleshoot, no one ever did. Luggage was never brought to room after checking in. We waited 30 minutes, then went back downstairs to get it ourselves. Bartenders were nice, but moved with no urgency. Breakfast was good, location was convenient enough, property was quiet, room was ready upon arrival, spa services are a plus. Still, I would not stay here again unless it was significantly cheaper.
