    Rooms are very small. Not that neat sheets. Bathroom is also tiny

    First of all My family had to wait for one hour till 2:00 PM to check in. When we finally checked in, we found that used bed sheet, pillow covers and cot covers were put in place (only cot cover was changed when insisted upon). Second, in the morning at 7:AM when we asked for the drinking water, it was stated very rudely that drinking water is not available. Although the location is at Godauliya chauk, the place is just beside the main road, which is full of noises even in mid night.

    The location of the hotel is very convenient, 50 m from the Godolia chowk, which is the centre for Dashashawamedh Ghat and Baba Vishwanth Dham. The room that was alloted to me was small in size, the windows were nonexistent, and this makes the room feel claustrophobic. The toiletries are not provided except for a bath towel, which is hard. The bed linen looks worn out, and ur not sure if it's been laundered. I stayed for 3 days and two nights and no room cleaning was done, when asked, was told that they did not receive the laundry and so did not do the daily linen change. My check in was delayed for 1.5 hrs citing, room not prepared, however was asked to keep strict note of check out time...!! You do get two bottles of mineral water per day. There is a lift facility, which helps. The staff behaviour is good, but i guess they are limited by the management to improve services.
