    Everything was great even the location because it’s far from the traffic and noise. Staff service could be improved - no one manages and stays in the front desk; the guard is more helpful. There should also be dehumidifier per room to maintain it in the long-run.

    The hotel is located 15 mins away from the city proper, the area is quite & with a nice forest view. The staffs are very accommodating & friendly. The room where we stayed is spacious & clean. During our stay we encountered repeated disruptions in water supply. We had to call the front desk a couple of times to report. On our second day, the water completely stopped running while I was actively taking a shower. I was forced to step out of the bathroom covered in shampoo and soap to call the front desk for assistance, this was kinda safety hazard. The water supply issues was addressed Day 2 in the afternoon, the staff explained that their water pump is having an issue. Overall we had a good stay in Lee Boutique hotel. I just hope the hotel management will have a regular preventative maintenance with their equipment. Access to reliable running water is a fundamental expectation for any accommodation.

    The room was ok. But there were not much amenities. Parking is tight. Location is accessible but not walkable to tpurist spot.
