The hotel is in a very nice location, with plenty of restaurants and bars in close proximity. It has a roof top bar, serving great cocktails, and a nice cafe on the ground floor. The staff at the reception and in the bar and the cafe were really nice. What we did not like: housekeeping did not show up for three days in a row, not even to pick up the garbage, which I did not expect in a hotel where we paid ***. And when checking out we were informed that there is a resort tax of 25 CAD per night, which no one told us about till then, not Agoda and not the reception staff when checking in. They were nice and they waved it for us eventually, but I still feel that we should have found out about this tax before the moment when the taxi was waiting for us in front of the hotel.

Was looking for a last minute hotel as our Airbnb was in an unlivable state and was pleasantly surprised as I entered the hotel. The vibe and ambience felt very welcoming. The room I would define as very performative. Nothing I have seen in any other hotel I've stayed in. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend any one to stay at this hotel if they visit Toronto.
