A great option to stay in Mérida downtown, walkable, great service, friendly staff and cute historical vintage building. Loved it!!

Room was extremely humid. Bathtub takes hours to fill with warm water because the watwr heater is too small. Main jacuzzi didn’t work and the bed was unstable and made SO much noise. Most certainly doesn’t feel like a “5 star hotel” as described in google.
