The place was nice and spacious. We stayed next to the animals and it was nice to wake up to see animals. Kid friendly place. About 30 mins drive to and fro Hobart city centre. Oyster place, Richard are about 10 and 20 mins drive respectively. I would come back here.

Tasmania is beautiful and this property highlights lovely views of the paddock, vineyard, orchard, and bay! We only stayed one night but were able to enjoy the walking track to see many of the animals (including Pickle and Warren), catch a rainbow after a light rain, and watch the sunset! We had reserved a "pod" room, but were actually upgraded to a pavilion room, which was near the paddock. I liked the skylight feature and wood walls. The coffee amenities were a nice touch, as well as the bottled water (especially after our walk).
Our room was clean and we slept well, very quiet. We left early in the morning for the airport -- and we saw a wallaby hopping along the path! (Yes, be careful and drive slowly.)
