    Staff were great, very helpful and was able to arrange early check in in advance. Room was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view from the room. Easy access to where I needed to be and can catch bus into Hobart from out the front of the venue. Only minor issues were couldn't get the heater to work and the QR code for guest information/room instructions lead to an error page. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

    The room & bathroom was very tired & in desperate need of renovation. Took ages for hot water to come through in the shower. Dark brown carpets in the room and dated furniture. Beds comfortable & nice bed linen. Fridge, kettle, microwave, crockery & cutlery provided so facilities in room were pretty good. Bar & restaurant very nice. Located next to shopping centre so lots of amenities close by. Parking bay directly outside the room was a great help when unloading the car.
