Great food. Room is a bit traditional and old but clean. Service is amazing and reception is wonderful.

Located right inside Zao Onsen District, I arrived by car. A very well facilitated hotel, with lift (especially important for travellers which big luggages), private onsen is available for booking. The reception team and hospitality teams speaks some English, and are very warm and friendly.

Staff are nice, room is clean, onsen is awesome!! And location is great, right next to the bus terminal.
