    room was dirty with fruit flies when we arrived, bed lamb broken, and toilet wasn't flushing. at breakfast there is no water or coffee provided, and waffles mix would often run out.

    I recommend for quality, price, staff, room cleanliness. Other hotels nearby might be cheaper, but there's a good reason why (roaches, unclean beds..etc.)

    Parking is limited and too narrow. Not advisable to bring suvs. Wifi unstable. Everything else okay.

    No Laundry Facility or Breakfast Room as advertised by Agoda. We specifically booked to be able to do family laundry whilst in Hollywood and was a real inconvenience to not be able to do so. Will be checking out a few days early and booking another accommodation at more expensive rate now just for the convenience of a laundromat. Agoda need to update these things on their sites.
