    This hotel had great reviews and awesome pictures but was not our experience at all. When we checked in, the two front desk men were so rude and not accommodating at all. They acted like they didn’t have time for you and were not very personal or professional at all. One of them rolled their eyes to my husband when he asked for help. Patrice was the only person who treated us kindly and with respect. The hotel smelled of weed and the housekeeping needs improvement bad. Our bathroom needed to be cleaned again. Our bed didn’t even have a flat sheet on it. This place is unorganized and unfortunately not very accommodating to their guests. Needs improvement bad!

    Great location by the medical center, deluxe room, gym was actually usable. Would book again

    Kids enjoyed it and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. My only concern was that my reservation included breakfast but we only got a voucher that covered part of the breakfast so had to pay extra.
