    There was some confusion regarding the booking. Things could have gone bad for us, but the staff sorted things out for us. We switched between 3 rooms, and the one on the ground floor in the old block worked the best for us.

    The location was the best part of our stay here. The fact there is no lift can be quite tiring after a long day out or having arrived from the long journey and then have suitcases etc to carry. This may also be a concern if you have mobility issues. There were a lot of ants in the room, in the beds! Although after complaining someone did attend and spray insect repellent and change our beddings. They expect you to pay a large deposit in cash upon arrival of 3000 baht which we weren't expecting. This meant we had to leave the premises to go to the ATM before we could check in. The restaurant food was very basic, ants on tables and restaurant staff quite pushy for payment before we had even finished the meal! Overall, we were quite disappointed with our stay but as we were out most of the days and super tired by night we were able to manage it but do not intend on booking here again.
