The room was wonderful and so was Alessandra! Location was great in that it was close to the train station; however, the neighborhood was sketchy. We did not go out at night as we did not feel safe.

Central to the city. Very helpful staff, especially when I made a booking error and had to add on an additional night. Beautiful and clean room with views of the city. Communicative and accommodating staff as I had to check in after-hours and check out early morning.

The area is super close to public transport, staff is amazing and helpful, the area is a little sketchy at times, but just be aware of your surroundings!

Fantastic stay at Serendipity! Great location, lovely accommodation, great facilities and brilliant communication from the staff. Room was very clean and cleaned throughout our stay. Free access to tea/coffee and in room fridge. High ceilings and views of Vesuvius! A true home from home! Wholeheartedly recommend!
