Beautiful hotel but only 1 restaurant is officially open and it’s very far from everything
They had a adult pool and family pool and indoor pool unfortunately the family pool was not heated
Otherwise staff is very friendly and really pay attention to everything

The employees at the Kempinksky property were great and they exceeded my expectations. I really really enjoyed the spa and I also enjoyed the breakfast options. Everything was really delicious. I also really enjoyed their wine offerings and their Skyler grill. Everything was really great overall even there made service was always really really nice and helpful.
I would like to give a shout out to Noel. He was really nice to talk to every single morning when we went to go have breakfast. He is such a sweet guy and I really hope that he has a successful future.
I also wanted to mention the front desk, clerks were all very, very nice. I think that this hotel hire some very good staff.
I think my only complaint about the whole experience is that the rooms really are not soundproof. There is a lot of noise that enters the room especially when the doors open and close there’s a loud bang and if you are on the seventh floor, the upper floor is very noisy. It sounds like someone’s doing work upstairs and that really interrupted my sleep. I think the reason why that bothered me so much is because I paid quite a lot of money for the hotel And I just would not expect that the rooms would be quite so noisy. I almost wanted to ask for some kind of refund for that, but I did not because overall the hotel was pretty great, but I would really work on the soundproofing of your rooms. Maybe get some builders in to fix that issue. Thank you for everything.

Overpriced probably only based on access to own beach. 2* quality room service. Small and non-smart tv. No USB ports.
