    We had a great experience at Eloisa Royal Suites. I booked the stay for my aunt and cousin while they were passing through Cebu, and everything went smoothly. They found the hotel clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it a great place to rest before continuing their trip. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would gladly recommend Eloisa Royal Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel in Cebu.

    Certainly not royal suites any more. Useless Agoda didn’t inform them so no pickup from airport. Average tv, good air conditioning, no fridge, toilets are renown for not flushing and getting blocked, useless this time and when we stayed a year ago so they don’t fix any problems. No tea bags in room or restaurant. No orange juice or cereal or milk at breakfast, very lacking. Nice staff. They didn’t tell us pool would be closed. Good price though.
