    My friend got a very bad bedbugs bite on her legs, arms and back. We told the staff but they only change the sheets as usual… literally do nothing. As it’s getting worse we asked to change the room but they move us to the smaller room (they said same price tho it’s clearly different in each platform) and the room is dirty 😭😭😭😭 there’s still a lot of hair and stain in the bed sheet. We asked for steamer for at least clean our pajamas from the bedbugs but it wasn’t available, we asked if they have medicine also nothing the staff really are not helping… they only apologized for the dirty room (when we showed hair and stain in the bedsheets) which clearly not our hair (my hair is brunette and my friend are red and the hair is BLACK and it looks like a man hair). My friend and i then spent our Taiwan trip while suffering with bedbugs bite.

    Good location and value for money. Staff were not exceptional. Met one guy at counter who wasn’t friendly when we did our check in. WiFi not fantastic. Other than that, nothing to complain. Would still recommend others to stay!

    It's a no frill hotel that has no facilities like gym and restaurant. The room is very basic and small. Location is relatively good as it is within walking distant to the Ximenting shopping district.
