The location and the hotel staff is great. Agoda messed up our reservation but Edwina was able to help us out

Super expensive for what you get. Our room looked like a dungeon (#***). Location is good but probably the only thing good about this hotel. One staff was kind the others don’t even greet you when you enter. Parking costs additional to the $600+ that you pay which is ridiculous. The carpet in our room was dirty. Things were broken/in poor condition in our room. They gave us earplugs because you could hear everything in the hall… just observe for the amount of money they request for one night. You’re better off spending your money elsewhere.
