The hotel is in a quiet area of Chuo, despite it being so close to the main road. There's a Lawson & supermarket just a stone's throw away which made it super convenient whenever we needed to grab something quick. The closest train station was a ~10 min walk, which was never crowded.
Upon check-in, you will be asked to get in-room amenities from the tables in the lobby on a as-need basis. I personally did not mind this setup, as this was more sustainable.
The room itself was quite roomy even with all our check-in luggage open on the floor. There's a small table with 2 chairs for eating in. The two sink arrangement was also convenient.

This hotel is somewhat dated. Breakfast buffet provides nutritional needs with little variation. We like the location with subway about 10 minutes walk away and the marina is also 10 minutes nearby.

Walking Distance to Tsukiji, Triton, Ginza. Bus Stop is only a stone away going to Tokyo Station.
Hotel is simple yet thoughtful, , staff very friendly, breakfast buffet is splendid

The location not that good far from MTR Station, request late check out must pay Yen 1100 per hour. But the staff good give me daughter suprise cause is her birthday. Thanks
