I don’t think the suite was worth the extra money. The sitting room lacked comfort- seemed like they didn’t know what to do with it. Could have been a really comfortably use.
Surprised that there is no dressing table. And no mirror in the bedroom. Only by the front door.

Pro
Breakfast. Sit down service is great food great quality.
Spa voucher- must go. Was great and well thought out spa.
Designated pool is a nice touch - but not the best pool at the hotel
Cons
Priority check in (and out) was a designated desk and was almost always not quicker than the standard queue.
Never received a free bottle of wine
Designated swimming pool was far away from the lounge so not something you will use
Lounge was closed at the times you would most likely use it (after breakfast and at the end of the sun) opens 11-6.

Amazing hotel and staff! Everything was lovely: the breakfast at Toscana, the two gentleman at the Unique pool, the pools are amazing! There were a few staff that acted like they didn't want to be there, however everyone else was amazing and made up for those members of staff. I will definitely be returning here!
