Our stay at Hotel Faro in Maspalomas was truly memorable and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the attentive staff who ensured our comfort throughout our stay.
We opted for the Superior Double room with a sea-view, and it was spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean. The highlight was definitely the rooftop sky lounge, huge spacious beds that provided the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.
The hotel's location is ideal, offering stunning views and easy access to the beautiful surroundings of Maspalomas. The staff were not only helpful but also went above and beyond to make recommendations for local attractions and dining options, which greatly enhanced our experience.
The only minor downside was the limited availability of free parking around the hotel, which required some patience and flexibility. However, this did not overshadow the overall excellence of our stay.
Hotel Faro is an outstanding choice for anyone visiting Maspalomas. The combination of luxurious accommodations, breathtaking views, and exceptional service makes it a standout hotel in the area. We look forward to returning and highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a memorable experience on this beautiful Island of Gran Canaria.

Poor quality of service for such a 5* hotel. Reception often unavailable to answer calls or questions, many facilities closed or broken. Pool not very warm in the winter. Our room had a leak coming from the shower which flooded the room. The hotel didn’t solve this problem or compensate.
