    This hotel i will never book again you would think because of the location it would be a good hotel ! The customer service from some of the employees are Rude as hell! ***, was rude & arguing with customers because of our satisfaction when we arrived there was trash in the trash cans food still in the refrigerator the tub was dirty so we went downstairs where Tony was arguing with another family about their room being flooded & what he won’t do & will do handing out business cards to report to higher management,then proceeds to give me a trash bag to clean the trash myself & say to his coworker “IF IT WAS ME I WOULD OF JUST CLEANED IT UP” like I told him that’s not my job when I check it expect for that to be taken care of then he proceeds to want to argue back I forth I walked away ! I know ppl need jobs but I hope he got fired ! He has been rude way to long from what I was informed he already has many complaints literally look on trip advisor his name is in every comment ! I will report this to higher management as well hopefully they change alot of things update that building & CLEAN THAT POOL !

    One of the staff members tried to put their hands on me during breakfast, it was an old black lady so I didn't take her seriously, but still that's completely uncalled for. All because I went to go get a second plate.. it was 9:02 a.m. and breakfast closes at 9:00 a.m.

    Price paid for the stay seems higher for the cleanliness of the hotel. Rooms are good but the price could have been lower for the 2 star hotel
