There is no bellman and no valet parking. It was a bit inconvenient when we arrived with lots of luggage. Lobby is on the 12th floor so I had To leave the car out front and go up to check in. The front desk woman was very helpful and met us in the parking garage with a cart for our luggage. Other than that the room was clean. Breakfast was very good but they ran out of eggs and didn’t replenish during the time I was Down to eat. Staff was helpful.

Lovely hotel! Very kind staff. A little difficult to sort parking on arrival but smooth after going up to 12th floor (hotel lobby) and receiving directions.
