I read the reviews before I came and I was scared as hell but it's a night and day difference from what I actually experienced the staff was over excelling and helping me and I literally have so much problems with walking
I expected to be discriminated against and they treated me like a queen they helped me with a wheelchair to and from my room they came and cleaned this room when she was already clean I couldn't believe it was the same place as well I heard on the reviews
And if they did bad I would say it but they were a pleasant
Big thank you and shout out to the staff who will be on their job duties constantly to help me and a special thank you to the maintenance who came and cleaned my room and white gloved it

On my second to last night there (I was there for a week), my door card didn't work, so I had to go back downstairs to get my card fixed. I had been out all day and was tired so when I expressed how inconvenient it was to have to come all the way back downstairs, the clerk told me to get my stuff out of the room and "get out!" There hadn't been any issues before this and I told him I had one more night, but that was evidently not important. So, I stayed in my room, feeling like a fugitive until it was time to check out. I am a female solo traveler and perhaps this may have been some sort of misogynistic behavior of this particular male clerk.
