Good sized and Clean room, decent shower, good bed and pillows with helpful staff. Great location for South Beach and Espanola way. Breakfast was good also. Rooftop/pool area clean and comfortable. We hit the cold snap which spoiled the overall experience as the rooftop was unusable. Only negative was its single glazed and off a main road, about 3am every night we had some 'super car' sounding like a war zone pass the hotel, waking us up.

This boutique hotel is clean and quiet. Exactly what my fiancé and I were looking for. It was our first time visiting Miami Beach and we wanted to stay somewhere not too expensive but paid for convenience. You do not need a car. We walked everywhere. There’s citi bike rentals around the corner if you want to rent a bike. Only took an Uber to the airport. A walk away from the beach and close by to other restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Our room was clean and bed was so comfortable. The blackout curtains help to sleep and night as well. There’s lots of natural light and the room has enough lighting as well. You need your room key to turn on the room lights which was interesting.
Roof top is intimate. Not too big and not too small. Hot tub is pretty small but not a big deal. Overall our stay was comfortable and easy. No problems whatsoever. I recommend this hotel if you’re interested in a boutique hotel that’s clean and quiet.
