    Elevator does not lead directly to room level. Have to climb a flight of stairs, which is a major problem for big luggage. There is no complimentary water, tea bag, coffee sachets was given. Air con does not operate in cold season, window opens up to back alley which has smell of restaurant kitchen air vents (oily and some sewage unpleasant smell). Thus room can get a little stuffy at night. Had to wake up to open the window (which by then the restaurants would be closed so no smell). Toilet has only a combined hair/body/hand wash that was left with less than 20% in the bottle. Tissue paper as well. It was probably left with just 10 pieces inside. Having said that, staff are friendly. It’s near from the train/bus/tram station.

    Well, the room size is good but I don't understand why it doesn't have a fridge as the spot where the fridge is supposed to be is an empty hole.
