    We feel Agoda and other travel websites need to access the properties and their prices before putting it up on their website. The photos and discount offered on the travel website mislead you into booking and when you finally go to pay there are additional costs that take it back to the original over hyped price per room. When we reached the property we were shocked to see the lounge access and the reception at staff, very poorly presented and when we enquired about the dinner package and what would be served as non-vegetarian meals we were told by the General Manager of the property that they can bring out a chicken dish for us. We were completely shocked by this response. When we checked into the rooms the bed linen was dirty and of a very pathetic quality, beds were not made properly and the bathroom towels were also in a pathetic state. When you pay *** per night for a room you expect things to be of that quality, however the hospitality offered is nowhere close to the amount charged. When we raised our concern it was thanks to the Food and Beverages Manager at the property that our experience changed. He ensured that special care was taken by making special meals for us, serving us with utmost care and on the second night he and his staff also arranged a special dinner with a bonfire. Thanks to him our trip was worthwhile otherwise this place is just not worth visiting. One thing in favour for the property though is their location. Our sincere advice to the property manager and travel websites is not to mislead people as both our time and money is precious.

    AC was not working, room fridge was not working, not even cold water in the room. It was the worst experience in this summer heat.
