    The hotel was really good, and the view from the resort was absolutely mesmerizing. It is a little far from the main city, but honestly, the location and views make the journey worthwhile. I stayed in Michael on the 3rd floor. The room was good and comfortable, although I expected a higher level of cleanliness and room service considering it is a 5-star property. There were no towels or soap provided in the room when we arrived, and we also noticed some bee activity around the head area of the balcony, which was a little uncomfortable. The restaurant staff were amazing, especially considering how efficiently they managed breakfast for so many guests. They were very attentive, polite and hardworking. Overall, I really loved my stay at Zana Lake Resort. The beautiful views, peaceful location and excellent restaurant staff made the experience memorable. With a little improvement in housekeeping and room-service standards, it could be an even better 5-star experience. Would definitely love to visit again! ❤️

    resort location right at lake….Food was little bit expensive side but delicious….breakfast and high tea was also great….overall recommends it Highlights plan to check in as early as possible to enjoy high tea and swimming pool since in morning it’s really hot to enjoy pool and resort outdoors

    Zana is good at location, breakfast and staff! But I would never suggest anyone to go there when it comes to experiencing 5 star luxury! I had high hopes from zana! But no facilities at all! Its all an old but look wise luxury apartment kind of stay! But nothing else!
