    Got off to a rocky start as the staff do not clear the path in front of the hotel so walking to the front door is precarious. Good check-in but when I got to my allocated (upgraded) room it had not been cleaned. Was given an alternative room with view of the lake. After these initial hiccups everything was perfect. Good breakfast. Great bar with good live music. Really enjoyed the atmosphere on the Saturday night when lots of locals were in for apres. The location in Voss is fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

    Hotel is strategically well positioned, with all transportation, logistics, and some interesting attractions not far away. Good breakfast selection

    With a history of more than a thousand years, this hotel is worth spending nights in it. I like the decor in particular. It’s like staying in a palace. The room is a bit tiny, but it’s well-equipped and clean. The breakfast is fantastic with lots of food choices. The melon is something I like the most. In general, it’s a place you should choose as it’s close to Voss Station - just 5 mins from the station.
