    We saw - in our "deluxe" suite - a huge cockroach, a spider the size of a quarter, ants, a giant beetle (being gnawed on by the roach), & an unidentified flying insect. Something bit my husband while he was sleeping. We tried calling the office, but the guy took the phone off the hook & played dumb about it. Ain't no way they didn't know about this issue tho. I got into XL red ants in the carpark while loading up, but they're all over the premises, which presents a Golden Corrale for the monster lizards crawling all over the walls, the balconies, & grounds. I think the lizards are the only pest control??? No one cleaned the bugs from the pool, & no one came to replenish towels, linens, or coffee/cups. The shower gel was completely empty, so we had to use the shampoo to wash. The sauna would not heat above 116F. No towels at pool or jacuzzi, but jacuzzi was surprisingly among the cleanest. The breakfast was memorable in a good way, & Eddie who works the dining area should not only get a raise for his singlehanded efforts to welcome guests but should be the one managing the facility with his attention to detail & hospitality.

    We'll the room was big and very liked the South west decor the king bed was very firm i didn't like it at all my wife did, the room needed some dry wall patch work a couple bare spots in the bedroom and a couple in the bathroom, the jacuzzi was separate from the pool very weird the free breakfast was powered egg omelets and pre-made pancakes every day no bacon or sausage or no waffles plus they had the usual oatmeal cereal bread coffee, the gym wasn't open so we had to go to a sister hotel to use not convenient the pool was nice and heated
