Let me first say that this is a moderate resort. Not a five star hotel or a crappy motel, somewhere in between. That being said I found the resort to be acceptable and fill basic needs. The rooms were small but clean. Hot water was not always available. Getting fresh towels and room cleaning done was a bit of a challenge. Continental breakfast was pretty much the same every day. Parts of the resort were a little dated and needed repair. However if you are looking for an affordable place to stay in Turks I think Ports of Call is worth it. It is centrally located and is only a 3 minute walk to the beach (the hotel provides a shuttle if you'd rather not walk). You can use kayaks and paddleboards for free through the hotel. The resort has a small pool but I never used it. Many restaurants and a shopping mall are within walking distance and Grace Bay Beach is beautiful! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Like I previously said, if you're looking for a moderate place to stay I don't think you'd be disappointed. If 5 star is more your speed I wouldn't recommend you stay here. I'm more about experiencing the island and being able to spend more money on excursions, shopping and dining out then having the 5 star experience. Just my preference. If you're traveling on a budget (since Turks is expensive) this is a decent place to hang your hat. Hope this helps!
