    Arrived 18.00 hours no one to take cases as staff finish at 17.00 . Reception staff didn’t bother to show you the room. Not what I call 5* . Location is excellent as right by shops restaurants etc. Definitely not 5* service . The only good thing is that the price of this hotel is reasonable compared to others in this location . The rooms are ok however many things like lights TV didn’t work and asking reception to get these fixed took 2 days .We had an issue ,reception came into our room on day 6 to move us to another room without any notification. Had we not been in the room they would have just done it ..NOT HAPPY We managed to get a late checkout as a consolation .
