Near the Beijing embassy area. Hence very quiet at night. Good for a restful sleep. Not far from Beijing central area like palace. Staff are knowledgeable. Advised us on how to get palace tickets as we did not rebook online and online tickets were sold out on the day we wish to visit. Decent breakfast buffet. Rooms are big. Provide turn-down service and gave us eye masks!

All staff very kind, most of them speak English. Morning buffet is very complete, they have a wide variety of food from different cuisines.
From the front desk, chefs, waiters, hotel porters, all very polite.
We would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, the staff was amazing and very kind. The rooms definitely need a little upgrade, meaning the decor looks a little old school and the rooms still have the smell of tobacco lingering. Maybe some air purifiers would help. But the staff was great from the doorman to front desk and so on. The location is good, very safe I’ll tell you that. I’ll def be returning.
