This was my second stay at this hotel, but unfortunately the experience was not as good as last time. The room had not been cleaned properly — the toilet was not clean, and a used sugar stick had been left behind. The facilities also felt outdated, and voices from the hallway could be heard very clearly inside the room. At breakfast, the dishes were not fully prepared at the starting time, and it took a while before everything was ready. The layout was also inefficient: the coffee machine and food stations were not arranged to match the flow of people, which caused multiple lines to form and made the process less smooth.

Very nice hotel, the food was good. The staff did their best, but there was a shortage of staff, so things didn't run smoothly. Nevertheless, it was a great stay.

Outdated, out of the way location! Shower flooded the bathroom and room! Staff was excellent but weird to see staff smoking at the front entrance! Beds were comfortable! A/c worked great! No shoppette to purchase water or snacks! Beer and food were good!

Liked really the spa part of the hotel, pretty big for a smaller Hotel I would say. The pool was really nice, not to cold( indoor ) and the outdoor pool was also nice. rooms where pretty big and nothing was missing. Bed was on wheels, was kinda funny tbh. The check in went perfect and the stuff was really helpfull with some tips for the next day and really lovely! What was kinda a shame, the cleaning stuff came in our room, altough the no disturbe sign was at the door. We told the hotelstaff and they were shocked as well, so not to blame them! At the Bar a glas just used from someone else was held under the water for a sec before given to me. This should not happen. There is free parking, but 4 of the 6 rows were closed of because some people were coming to play tennis, the next afternoon. Was on the last night, but still somehow strange. We stayed for 4 nights, all in all it was good, 7/10 :)

If you can find a better place dont think about this. In the middle of nowhere. Only plus is swimming pool and a very good airconditioning at room. The spa is not working.

Although the hotel on arrival has a lovely exterior, reception and restaurant the room needs updating. The towels were worn but the bedding was lovely. The tea tray was good but the kettle needed descaling and washing

Nice SUPER helpful staff Basic Room. No frills, which is fine... ...but the Restaurant (which used to be excellent) is now to be avoided. The quality of food on offer is now very poor. 3 out of 10 (now) 9 out of 10 (3 years ago)

The personeel were very friendly and helpfull. On our 2nd day we were too late for breakfast but it was no problem for the lady at the reception,we got what we wanted and could sit in the bar to eat,no rushing us to finish,we have not found that in other hotels .
