    We arrived very late having landed after an international flight and the front desk clerk was most helpful in setting up ground transport to and from the hotel as we traveled onward. The hotel is currently in the process of being updated and our room was fresh, clean and large. Would recommend.

    Pros: comfy beds, room was good sized Cons: a lot of outside noise, breakfast was very limited, coffee was awful, worn, no hooks/bars for towels

    Excellent staff and facility. Being a major hub (MSP) hotel, my only wish is that served an earlier breakfast for early flyers like us this morning. They serve what does look like a fine complimentary breakfast, but from 7-10 am.

    Took over $1400.00 from bank account and stranded us cause that’s all we had and we was stuck for dates until money went back on card we had to borrow money to get home over a week later we got our money back then they promised us a 4 night stay for the inconvenience and didn’t honor it
