Beds comfy, rooms good use alittle ugrade - looks like the place was under construction but clean. Max the front desk and bartender was amazing- great service. Breakfast was perfect and the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus! Love staying at Hyatt Place!

It was great. I was shocked by the size of the room.

the property is super close to the airport which makes for convenient travel to and from the airport. it is also very close to the Mall of America and walmart so you have many options for activities and groceries. Booked a king suite and it was decently spacious and the bed was comfortable. Also breakfast was nice, had a decent variety of food.
the elevator is located in the back of the reception area which makes it kind of confusing when coming and going to the reception area and dining area. you also have to pay for parking if you stay here. the room we booked had a sofa bed that was very small and uncomfortable. the shower door didn’t stay closed when we closed it and the shower wouldn’t drain even though it looked clean. i called the reception desk and they said they would call back with a solution and never did.
