Front desk staff was amazing to me. I traveled solo and they were all so kind to me. I ate in the restaurant one evening and the server/bartender was a doll! My room was very clean and I felt very safe. I would stay here again and recommended to anyone!

In the past, this hotel had daily maid service, this time none. That was disappointing. Also, why is there always only one elevator working?

The hotel is very large and spacious. The rooms were nice and fairly clean. The rooms could definitely use a little upgrade. There was only one working elevator so it was a bit of a wait time considering it is a 10 story hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
